Many of us look at him like Emil on a beautiful poster and recognitions and think he may had an easy journey with us.
NOPE!
He joined our company a while ago, after a few weeks he believed this is NOT the opportunity for him so he quit. HOWEVER, his story doesnโt end there. he still follow our team progress and he soon realized he needs to be patience, coachable, consistency, resilient, pay the price so he decided to give himself a second chance. This time he made sure it was worth it.
ONE YEAR later became one of the youngest director in our company.
